Young Animators’ Screening at Mziuri
On July 31, Mziuri’s open-air cinema will host a special screening dedicated to young animators and their work.
Admission is free.
At Mziuri Café, you will have the opportunity to watch short animated films by different creators, meet the animators, and connect with them. More experienced professionals will also share useful advice and insights, while the event will offer a broader look at current developments in Georgia’s animation industry.
Have an animation you would like to screen? Send it to @egari.anim. Selected works will be shown alongside the other films. The screening will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by a discussion with three animators.
The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

About the project:
The project aims to encourage discussions on contemporary issues through cinema with audiences of different generations, support emerging Georgian filmmakers by fostering direct dialogue with viewers, and promote contemporary Georgian auteur cinema by showcasing significant films from recent years.
