The festival will take place from 12:00 to 17:00
The program will include:
- Farmers’ Market - more than 25 farmers will present sheep’s and cow’s milk Guda cheese made in Tusheti, along with dried kalti, chogi, clarified butter, and butter.
- Local Producers’ Market - more than 25 local artisans will showcase and sell their handmade products.
- Tushetian Guda Cheese Competition - a professional jury will select the best sheep’s and cow’s milk Guda cheeses.
- Children’s Area - with various fun activities.
- Culinary Masterclass - featuring dishes prepared with Tushetian Guda cheese.
- Food Corners - khinkali, kotori, mtsvadi, and other local dishes, as well as tastings of Itabani’s natural wines and traditional Tushetian beer.
- Tushetian Folklore and Dance - featuring the ensembles Keselo, Genia, Folklore House, and others.
The festival is a wonderful opportunity to discover Tushetian flavors, culture, traditions, and way of life all in one place.
